The Mulinër project continues to grow thanks to the union of two complementary forces that understand catering as a profound relationship:
- Francesco Quadalti - the creative spark: a master in letting the raw material speak through gentle combinations, capable of transforming a familiar flavour into a memorable emotion.
- Michele Rizzato - the skilful hand: the guardian of technique and balance, the one who ensures that every creative vision becomes a tangible, consistent perfection on the plate.
